Keto made easy

A Three-Second Test Clip From August 2017 (No Speech)

2017-08-04

This one is honest by necessity: there's nothing in it. REGI1210 is a three-second file from 2017-08-04, sitting in my folder of unedited KetoDick originals. The transcription found no words at all. It's a camera test, an accidental tap, or a false start. You won't learn anything about keto from it, and I'm not going to dress it up.

What it probably is

In the summer of 2017 I was filming a lot, mostly short, single-question videos recorded at home and uploaded to YouTube. Two of those went up on the same date as this clip: Do calories still matter on keto? and Do you need bulletproof coffee?. When you record that way you end up with stray files: you hit record, the angle's wrong, you stop, you start again. This could be a false start for one of those two, or for something else entirely. Nothing in the clip confirms it either way, so I'm not claiming a link.

It sits between two other raw recordings from that summer that do have something in them:

Why it gets a page at all

Every recording in the archive gets a post, so the list is complete and nobody wonders whether something is being hidden. Some of those posts will be long write-ups of hour-long Lives. Some, like this one, are a short note saying "this file is empty." That's fine. If you landed here looking for actual help, the two August 4 videos above are the ones from that day. If you're just starting, the guide and the first-week post are better starting points than a three-second clip.
